Brad arrived when he said he would, proceeded to do the job and gave me information as he progressed, and explained the position with the replacement of batteries in the unit. He also applied the pensioner discount to my invoice without me requesting it. He is an asset to the company.

Just wanted to send a huge thanks for getting our cooling in yesterday in time for my wife’s return from hospital. Cooling seems to work great downstairs as well which is a massive bonus. I was really impressed with this company. They took the initiative to call me when I left a message with Brivis to say that I wanted to replace my GDH unit. They were always prompt with their attendances and efficient over the phone.

My wife and i were very happy from the initial salesman through to the finished installation. The company was very professional in explaining the whole process ,much more so than other companies we had in to qoute.the work performed was very neat and tidy and the installers were hard working .the job was completed in under a day.very happy.

We recently had our ducted heating replaced and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. From quote to installation, there were no hassles and the friendly team took care of everything.
