We had an issue with our ducted heating's chip. Liam came out to see it, diagnosed the issue with ease and was back again at our place within a fortnight to put the new chip in once it was back in stock. Big thanks to Liam for picking up the parts late afternoon the day before ANZAC and staying back to fix the heater. I know that probably means he did some overtime, but thanks to him the heating is back & we didn't have to schedule another appointment - thank you very much!

Although heating and cooling may be their main function their electrical services are so much more. We recently purchased a spa that required it to be hard wired by an electrician. Straight after their Christmas break, the quote and job were completed within 10 working days! Jason and Jack were amazing, so hard working, polite and considerate.
