We had an issue with our ducted heating's chip. Liam came out to see it, diagnosed the issue with ease and was back again at our place within a fortnight to put the new chip in once it was back in stock. Big thanks to Liam for picking up the parts late afternoon the day before ANZAC and staying back to fix the heater. I know that probably means he did some overtime, but thanks to him the heating is back & we didn't have to schedule another appointment - thank you very much!

We have now used Maroondah Air Group twice, 6 years ago they installed a ducted split system in our home and most recently they have installed split system's in our office. We could not be happier with the service from Maroondah Air, they are definitely the most experienced team we have dealt with right from the quoting stage to the install. Thanks to Dave for his advice at the quoting stage and the quick turn around time for the quote, the install team were great and thanks also to James for keeping us up to date on the install progress.

Although heating and cooling may be their main function their electrical services are so much more. We recently purchased a spa that required it to be hard wired by an electrician. Straight after their Christmas break, the quote and job were completed within 10 working days! Jason and Jack were amazing, so hard working, polite and considerate. Highly recommend for good old fashion value for money.

So impressed with these guys. They replaced our ducted heating unit for us, and every person we dealt with, either on site or in the office, was superbly courteous and professional.Workmanship was faultless, and they left the job neat & clean. They dealt promptly and without issue with a couple of items damaged by suppliers/couriers, and seem to have a very well coordinated and organized team. We highly recommend Maroondah Air 100%.

The staff have been so courteous, friendly & accommodating with both the repair quoting then quoting for a new installation which was done without any fuss.
