Our technician was Luke, and he was fantastic! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. He fully explained to me the issues with our outdoor unit and also helped me set up our control panel inside. I am between a 3 and 4 on this one. Positives are, great choice of systems to suit every budget. Marlon was my installer and he is amazing, friendly and very professional. I would suggest asking for him. Wade was also very good. My install was big, basically dropped a new Braemer ducted 5 star unit through my roof which meant removing tiles etc. Marlon did a great job, no damage, no issues.The only negative is the customer service within their office. I would be told that someone would attend my house then no one shows. Then I would call and SMS Jordan and get zero response for days. I had to escalate to Dean the owner. Also when you call reception and ask to speak to Stuart who called you, you get told that he or someone will call you back but they don't which leads to another call back and hence the frustration. Improvement in customer service is needed within the office. Outside of that Gerard the sales person was very friendly and professional, the installers were awesome, they definitely know what they are doing.
