Had a old gas heater de-comissioned and installed whole house zoned ducted heating. Maroondah Air's technician that was initially sent, did not do a good job, creating a lot of stress on us as there was damage to the property and unauthorised activities. Customer service from Maroondah Air was excellent from Michael and James at resolving all the issues we raised, fixed all the errors and finished the job well. It''s been a couple of weeks and the unit works like a charm and we are happy with the installation. Would have been 5/5 had everything go super smoothly instead, need better screening on their contractors.

Mike and TJ helped us with our hot water install this week. It didn't look like a fun job and they were here the entire day but they persevered and set it up perfectly. They had to take out floor boards from our bedroom but they left it in an immaculate condition and it was like they'd never been there!We were really happy with their work and just wanted to say a big thank you to them for their great work!

You get what you pay for. Look, yes, there were slightly cheaper quotes than Maroondah (of the too good to be true variety) but we had dealt with Maroondah Air before, great experience, and trusted them with switching us from ducted gas heating to multi-head electric heating. We are so pleased. Money very well spent.Michael did the quotation (even came twice to double-check specifics as we changed out minds!) and then the two fitters and the sparky were complete gentlemen. Right on time both days of work. Flawless work - finished off flashing and pipes perfectly. The external of our house looks good. All rubbish removed.7 years warranty on parts and workmanship.Do yourself a favour.

I have began my journey of removing gas from my home the cost of gas is stupid Maroondah air group are helping out in this progress they have some great people working for them Joel the plumber great worker. Steve there sparkle great worker part 2 is coming I highly recommend this company if your looking for plumbing or electrical and air conditioning work give them a shout and you will be treated with respect and great service 5 stars and 5 thumbs ups just and upgrade review I’ve also had a ducted aircon system installed so total removal from gas to electric.Just loving the new aircon system as the heat is just perfect temp keep to a low 21 and the whole house is perfect Maroondah air group have been outstanding in there service from the installation team to the office staff well done in being customer focus

Your hot water system installers did a great job an left the place neat and tidy. They very clearly explained how to operate the unit and demonstrated how to.The ducted system installers also did a great job. Given that it is a pretty invasive process, they were very considerate and kept me informed when and for how long power and water were interrupted and worked around my needs. They also left the place neat and clean. The instructions I received were clear and easy to understand.So far I have had no issues with the ducted system or the hot water unit.All in all, a great job. Many thanks,

Excellent company for a service to a gas central heating system!!I received a text letting me when the technician was due to arrive and she did arrive exactly when she said she would.The technician was professional, courteous yet friendly and answered questions on the most efficient way to operate the system.The service to our gas central heating was completed in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. I was emailed an invoice for my records.Highly recommend Maroondah Air Group and I will most definitely be using them in the future.

I have used Maroondah Air off and on over the last 15ish years for all my heating and cooling needs and always had good service from them.I recently had my failed split system in the master bedroom replaced, Management was in constant communication with quotes and install times.When the crew arrived they were on time, polite, efficient, and the site was left clean and tidy after the install, including disposal of the old A/C unit and any packaging.The unit fitted in the bedroom was a recommendation from Maroondah Air and works very well with the exception of setting the timer to go on or off. it is afar more complex issue than it needs to be. The admin crew are in regular communication and working through this issue with me.I even more recently upgraded my 27 year old power hungry 8kw unit with a far more efficient 10kw twin head unit that now cools my kitchen and lounge room and I can run all 3 new units for about 1/3 the cost of running the old big unit.The install crew faced a series of challenges while working on my 103 year old house but all issues were discussed and nothing was changed without my approval. At one stage there was 4 tradesmen and the company owner Dean on site to oversee the job. Again the site was left clean and tidy.The quoted price was a reasonable figure, but the job ran overtime and with extra work was done. As a construction electrician (retried) I understand job delays and cost blow outs and as such I was pleasantly surprised to find the final figure was still the quoted price .highly recommend this company

I can't praise this company highly enough. Apart from the fact that there was a minor delay (not their fault) which meant my first appointment for installation of my air conditioning had to be cancelled, dealing with them has been a pleasure.The names of the guys who did the actually installation have slipped my mind but from the time they arrived until eight hours later they never stopped working, and it was a stinking hot day.Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was pleasant and highly professional.A special shout out to James, who kept me informed every step of the way until the job was done. If I ever have to have more work done, they will be my first choice.

Thank you to the professional team at Maroondah Air Group for installing a split system in our 1970's red brick home in Eltham.James and his installation team listened to our requests and delivered, despite challenges such as minimal crawl space under the house, exactly what we wanted, without trying to convince us to accept easier solutions that would have been unsightly. The ducts were hidden in the walls and went under the house to that outdoor unit that was stacked neatly below an existing split system.It was great to meet a 'can do' team who were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.Highly recommended.

This is our second time experiencing the excellent and professional services from Maroondah Heating and Cooling for our ducted heaters. They are prompt, reliable and courteous, explaining the problems patiently to us, as we are not familiar with the problems that can occur with ducted heating. They also show appreciation for our loyalty, which we find rare these days with most organisations, and so we treasure Maroondah. Their customer service team member Brooke was exceptional!
