This is our second time experiencing the excellent and professional services from Maroondah Heating and Cooling for our ducted heaters. They are prompt, reliable and courteous, explaining the problems patiently to us, as we are not familiar with the problems that can occur with ducted heating. They also show appreciation for our loyalty, which we find rare these days with most organisations, and so we treasure Maroondah. Their customer service team member Brooke was exceptional! I contacted maroondah air on Thursday due to a fault with our Bonaire ducted heating, they were very prompt and had a technician sent out to us on Monday. Our technician was Luke, and he was fantastic! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. He fully explained to me the issues with our outdoor unit and also helped me set up our control panel inside. He was very informative and guided me on the next steps I needed to take to get our problems fixed which made it so much easier for me. I Highly recommend Luke and maroondah air!

I am between a 3 and 4 on this one. Positives are, great choice of systems to suit every budget. Marlon was my installer and he is amazing, friendly and very professional. I would suggest asking for him. Wade was also very good. My install was big, basically dropped a new Braemer ducted 5 star unit through my roof which meant removing tiles etc. Marlon did a great job, no damage, no issues.The only negative is the customer service within their office. I would be told that someone would attend my house then no one shows. Then I would call and SMS Jordan and get zero response for days. I had to escalate to Dean the owner. Also when you call reception and ask to speak to Stuart who called you, you get told that he or someone will call you back but they don't which leads to another call back and hence the frustration. Improvement in customer service is needed within the office. Outside of that Gerard the sales person was very friendly and professional, the installers were awesome, they definitely know what they are doing.

We had an issue with our ducted heating's chip. Liam came out to see it, diagnosed the issue with ease and was back again at our place within a fortnight to put the new chip in once it was back in stock. Big thanks to Liam for picking up the parts late afternoon the day before ANZAC and staying back to fix the heater. I know that probably means he did some overtime, but thanks to him the heating is back & we didn't have to schedule another appointment - thank you very much!

Although heating and cooling may be their main function their electrical services are so much more. We recently purchased a spa that required it to be hard wired by an electrician. Straight after their Christmas break, the quote and job were completed within 10 working days! Jason and Jack were amazing, so hard working, polite and considerate. Highly recommend for good old fashion value for money.

So impressed with these guys. The staff have been so courteous, friendly & accommodating with both the repair quoting then quoting for a new installation which was done without any fuss.
