I can't praise this company highly enough. Apart from the fact that there was a minor delay (not their fault) which meant my first appointment for installation of my air conditioning had to be cancelled, dealing with them has been a pleasure.The names of the guys who did the actually installation have slipped my mind but from the time they arrived until eight hours later they never stopped working, and it was a stinking hot day.Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was pleasant and highly professional.A special shout out to James, who kept me informed every step of the way until the job was done. If I ever have to have more work done, they will be my first choice.

Thanks to Dave for his recommendation for a replacement Evaporative Cooler, perfect choice, we were concerned as we have 11 outlets and not sure which cooler would do the job.The Cooler is working to perfection, never had such a cool house.Thanks to Ben who did the installation, he was so professional, cleaned up everything afterwards and a pleasure to have at our home.Highly recommend Maroondah Air Group.

Thank you to the professional team at Maroondah Air Group for installing a split system in our 1970's red brick home in Eltham.James and his installation team listened to our requests and delivered, despite challenges such as minimal crawl space under the house, exactly what we wanted, without trying to convince us to accept easier solutions that would have been unsightly. The ducts were hidden in the walls and went under the house to that outdoor unit that was stacked neatly below an existing split system.It was great to meet a 'can do' team who were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.Highly recommended.

This is our second time experiencing the excellent and professional services from Maroondah Heating and Cooling for our ducted heaters. They are prompt, reliable and courteous, explaining the problems patiently to us, as we are not familiar with the problems that can occur with ducted heating. They also show appreciation for our loyalty, which we find rare these days with most organisations, and so we treasure Maroondah. Their customer service team member Brooke was exceptional! We highly recommend 👍

I contacted maroondah air on Thursday due to a fault with our Bonaire ducted heating, they were very prompt and had a technician sent out to us on Monday. Our technician was Luke, and he was fantastic! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. He fully explained to me the issues with our outdoor unit and also helped me set up our control panel inside. He was very informative and guided me on the next steps I needed to take to get our problems fixed which made it so much easier for me. I Highly recommend Luke and maroondah air!

I am between a 3 and 4 on this one. Positives are, great choice of systems to suit every budget. Marlon was my installer and he is amazing, friendly and very professional. I would suggest asking for him. Wade was also very good. My install was big, basically dropped a new Braemer ducted 5 star unit through my roof which meant removing tiles etc. Marlon did a great job, no damage, no issues.The only negative is the customer service within their office. I would be told that someone would attend my house then no one shows. Then I would call and SMS Jordan and get zero response for days. I had to escalate to Dean the owner. Also when you call reception and ask to speak to Stuart who called you, you get told that he or someone will call you back but they don't which leads to another call back and hence the frustration. Improvement in customer service is needed within the office. Outside of that Gerard the sales person was very friendly and professional, the installers were awesome, they definitely know what they are doing.

We had an issue with our ducted heating's chip. Liam came out to see it, diagnosed the issue with ease and was back again at our place within a fortnight to put the new chip in once it was back in stock. Big thanks to Liam for picking up the parts late afternoon the day before ANZAC and staying back to fix the heater. I know that probably means he did some overtime, but thanks to him the heating is back & we didn't have to schedule another appointment - thank you very much!
