From quote to install they were excellent.Dean spent well over an hour on the quote, discussing our requirements, checking underneath the house and measured all rooms to ensure the correct unit and associated services were quoted.Wade and his team of 2 other installers – arrived on time , were professional, courteous, and clean (Took their boots off when ever in the house and vacuumed and cleaned up after them). The completed the install (heater and new ducting) in one day and took the old unit, ducting and any rubbish with them. They took pains to ensure that the enlarged return air grill & Box took minimum space in the linen Closet and was finished off professionally. Payment was easy and no hassle. Given my experience I would certainly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a gas ducted heater.
